These are the terms for using purrfrequency.com. They are short and written in plain English on purpose.
Important health note
Our recordings are made for relaxation, sleep and focus. They are not medical treatment, they do not diagnose or cure anything, and they are not a substitute for professional healthcare. If you have a health concern, please speak to a doctor.
Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site and listen to our recordings for your own personal enjoyment. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access parts of it you have not been given access to, or use automated tools to scrape it.
Who owns what
All video, audio, photography, artwork, the logo and the written content on this site belong to Purr Frequency unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and videos freely — that is very welcome.
You may not re-upload our recordings to another platform, sell them, or use them in your own videos, products or livestreams without written permission. If you would like to use something, just ask at frequencypurr@gmail.com; we are reasonable.
The mailing list
Subscribing is voluntary and you can leave at any time. How we handle your address is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other places
The site links to YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service, governed by their terms and their privacy policies, not ours.
Availability
This is a small independent project. We do our best to keep the site online and the recordings available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and we may add, change or remove content at any time.
Liability
The site and its recordings are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
